When your supplies ship, we automatically send you an email with your tracking code and link.
Contact us if you have checked your spam folder and still haven't received your tracking code after 72 hours.
When will my supplies ship?
Orders made Sun-Fri are typically shipped within 24 hours using 2-day shipping.
Contact us if you haven't received a shipping notification after 72 hours.

Can I change my order info?
If you believe your item is being shipped to the wrong address or would like to cancel part or all of an order, contact us immediately.
We can only change the shipping address if we have not shipped the supplies. There is nothing we can do if your supplies are lost due to user error.
After starting your return, print the return shipping label and tape it to the original box.

There's nothing worse than a regretful purchase!
If any of your supplies aren't perfect, or just not what you expected, return them for a free refund, exchange or replacement!
Returns must be unused, unwashed, free of damage and with all original packaging. Items requiring removal of hair, dirt, etc are subject to a $5 Cleaning Fee.
Where do I send my Return/Exchange?
After starting your return, you will receive an email with the return address and complete instructions.
How long until I receive my refund/exchange?
We process returns within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to post to your account.
Exchanges are shipped the next business day after processing.
